Floral Still Life Painting

A still life arrangement of vibrant yellow roses with green foliage and delicate white accent flowers, set against a soft pastel background. This piece features textured impasto brushwork, housed in a decorative wood and off-white frame. Signed and dated 1975. 
Wooden part of frame has some paint specks. Top middle of painting has a few dark specks, which could be paint or staining. 
Back of canvas has some discoloration.
