Charming early 20th-century vintage chromolithograph print titled “The Five Senses” by Henry George Plumb (H.G. Plumb). It features five playful kittens interacting with vanity items to represent sight (mirror), hearing (clock), taste (milk), smell (roses), and touch (ribbon).
This piece features excellent local provenance, sporting a rare, weathered antique label on the back from Griner’s Art Store (139 S. Main Street, Akron, Ohio). The label includes an old "Peoples Phone" number (1976), the handwritten customer name J. Kline, and order No. 19267, dating the framing to the 1900s–1910s.
Some wear to frame and print consistent with age.
